1. Who controls the data
The controller of personal data processed on the website and waitlist of Page is Technify, contact contato@technify.cloud.
Page is an agent for landing pages and funnels, offered by Technify.
2. What we collect
On this website and waitlist we may process:
- Form data: name, email, company and, if provided, WhatsApp.
- Source data: campaign parameters (UTMs), landing page and referring site, to understand how you found us.
- Technical data: access logs, IP, device and browser type and pages visited, as needed for the security and operation of the site.
- Cookies: technical preferences and, when measurement is on, browsing metrics.
Measurement: this site is prepared to use Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel once this property's container is configured. Until that identifier is set, those tags are not loaded. When they are active, they may set cookies and collect technical browsing data, such as pages viewed and traffic source. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
Once Page is live, the processing of pages, forms, leads and other data entered by the customer will follow specific terms and a specific policy for the contracted service.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Contacting interested parties about the launch, access and terms of Page (pre-contractual steps and compatible legitimate interest).
- Operating, protecting and improving this website.
- Complying with legal obligations when required.
4. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may use processors (hosting, database, transactional email) under appropriate contracts. Data is only shared with authorities when legally required.
5. Retention and rights
We keep waitlist data while there is a legitimate interest in announcing the launch, or until you ask for deletion. You can request access, correction, deletion, portability and objection at the email above, under the LGPD.
